During Daytona Bike Week 2021

The joy of Bike Week is not just riding but also have good time with your friends and pals. Whether you arrive in your RV or just on your bike with saddlebags full of camping gear, we are here to help you find the perfect place during your stay.

 

Based on the general atmosphere of the parks, we organize our list into 3 categories.

 

State-run Campgrounds: Biker-friendly  places but same rules like other state-run areas

Quiet Campgrounds: Family-friendly areas that welcome bikers during Bike Week and Biketoberfest. Most of them have strict rules, so they are not party places.

Biker Campgrounds: These places are close to where the action is and prepared for a party. many of them are only open during Bike Week or Biketoberfest.

State-run Campgrounds

Tomoka State Park

Address: 2099 N. Beach St. Ormond Beach FL, 32174

Camping Type: Tent or RV

Camping Details: 

Located in a shady hammock near the Tomoka River, right on the famous Scenic Loop. The park has 100 campsites, each with a picnic table, grill, electric hook-up and water. This park also has a dump station, three restrooms with hot showers, and accessible facilities. Well-behaved pets are allowed, but must abide by their Pet Policy.

  • Maximum recreational vehicle (RV) length is 34 feet.

Gamble Rogers Memorial State Recreation Area – Flagler Beach

Address: 3100 S Oceanshore Blvd, Flagler Beach, FL 32136

Camping Types: Tent or RV

Camping Details:

There are 34 sites located on the primary dune of the beach, and 34 sites located on the riverside. Some sites have ocean views. Dune walkovers provide easy access to the beach. All sites have water, electricity, a picnic table and a fire ring. A communal dump station is free to campers. Pets are allowed, but are prohibited on the beach, in accordance with their Pet Policy. Both camping areas have accessible camp sites and facilities.

Quiet Campgrounds

Nova Family Campground – Port Orange

Address: 1190 Herbert Street, Port Orange, FL 32129

Camping Types: Tent or RV. Cabins, “Igloos,” and Trailers also available to rent.

Camping Details: 

This campground has Wifi, a heated pool and tanning deck, a game room with pool table & “Lending Library,” a reception hall, cable TV (select sites), an onsite General Store (beer, ice, souvenirs, etc.), laundry facilities, grills & picnic tables, RV storage, propane, and firewood (upon request).

  • There is a designated quiet time between 10:00pm and 8:00am every day.

  • Leashed pets are permitted, with the exception of pit bulls, dobermans, rottweilers, and German shepherds.

  • Outside firewood is not permitted

  • Fireworks are not permitted

  • Firearms are also not permitted. See their FAQ for other rules and restrictions.

Sunshine Holiday Daytona RV Resort – Ormond Beach

Address: 1701 North US1, Ormond Beach, FL 32174

Camping Types: RV. Cabins also available for rental.

Camping Details:

This camping area is located adjacent to Bruce Rossmeyer’s Destination Daytona in Ormond Beach. Amenities include a clubhouse, RV storage, Mini Golf, playground, bocce ball, swimming pool, volleyball, horseshoes, Wifi, restroom and shower facilities, private mail center, store, laundry facilities, and dog park. Pets are welcome. Certain special reservation policies apply during Bike Week and Biketoberfest:

  • Reservations cancelled 90 days prior to an event will be entitled to a full refund, with a $25.00 cancellation fee.

  • Reservations cancelled between 31 and 60 days prior to the event will have a cancellation fee of $100.00.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are not entitled to a refund.

Harris Village RV Park – Ormond Beach

Camping Types: RV. Cottages also available for rental.

Camping Details:

A self-described “small, quiet, neat little adult park” – big rig friendly and satellite friendly. Amenities include free Wifi, paved roads and concrete pads, full hookups (water, sewer, electric), 30/50 amp service, picnic tables, cable TV, restrooms and showers, and laundry facilities.

  • Special rates apply during Bike Week and Biketoberfest

  • Ice, gas, and groceries available within walking distance of park

Daytona Racetrack RV – Daytona Beach

Address: 330 Innovation Way, Daytona Beach, FL 32114

Camping Types: RV only.

Camping Details:

Located across the street from Daytona International Speedway, Racetrack RV lets visitors enjoy the adrenaline of the speedway, free from the stress of the events. Racetrack RV Park is open for special events including The Daytona 500, Bike Week, Spring Turkey Rod Run, Coke Zero 400, and the Fall Turkey Rod Run. Amenities include 30/50 amp electric, 50′-100′ sites, 24-hour security and check-ins, water hookups, and sewage pump-out.

  • Fireworks are prohibited

  • No fires allowed outside of grills

  • Loud noises, fighting, abusive language, drunkenness, and disturbances of others will not be tolerated.

Daytona Speedway RV – Daytona Beach

Address: 3003 West International Speedway Blvd., Daytona Beach, FL 32124

Camping Types: RV only.

Camping Details:

Located just a few miles from the Daytona International Speedway, amenities include 30/50 amp electric service, wifi and cable, up to 80′ pull-through sites, firewood and propane, an on-site store, restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities.

  • Fireworks or ground fires are not allowed

  • No generators

Biker Campgrounds

Cacklebery Campground at the Cabbage Patch – Samsula

Address: 560 Tomoka Farms Rd, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32128

Camping Types: RV and Tent / Primitive Camping. Camper rental also available.

Camping Details:

This campground is only open during Speedweeks, Bike Week, Independence Day, and Biketoberfest.

Family owned and operated, located right across from the famous Cabbage Patch. Choice of water and electric hookups or dry sites. Full-service 50/30 amp sites. Most sites are pull-through, with some larger lakeside sites available. Campground is well lit, secure, and has clean, warm showers. There is an onsite tavern and a free Special Event BBQ for Campers, RVers and Vendors. During Bikeweek and Biketoberfest there is Motorcycle Detailing, Nightly Live Entertainment, and Ongoing Bike Games and Contests.

Crazyhorse Campground – Daytona Beach

Address: 1479 Tomoka Farms Rd, Daytona Beach, FL 32174

Camping Types: RV and Tent.

Camping Details:

This campground is only open during Race Week and Bike Week, not during Biketoberfest.

Located one mile away from the Daytona International Speedway with shuttle service available. Dry camping or 30 amp service with water hookups available. Pump truck service daily. Hot showers and clean bathroom facilities are guaranteed.

Moonshine Campground – Ormond Beach

Camping Types: Tents and Small RVs or Trailers

Camping Details:

This campground may only be open during Bike Week and Biketoberfest.

Owned and operated by the Iron Horse Saloon and located just north of Bruce Rossmeyer’s Destination Daytona. Amenities include shower and bathroom facilities, food vendors for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, soft drinks and beer, T-shirt vendors, and plenty of shady trees.

  • No colors allowed

  • Your pets are not allowed

  • Weapons not allowed

Daytona 200 Motorcycle Club – Daytona Beach

Address: 3602 W International Speedway Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL 32124

Camping Types: Tents and motorcycle-towed pop-up campers only. Pre-set tents with 2-person air mattresses available for rent.

Camping Details:

This campground is only open during Bike Week and Biketoberfest.

Amenities include a clubhouse with pool table and darts, large screen tv, full kitchen, bathrooms and showers, gas grill and fire pit, free wifi, and 24-hour security. Kitchen use is allowed between 6:00am and 10:30pm, and quiet hours are 11:00pm-8:30am.

  • No pets allowed

  • Drugs and fighting strictly prohibited

  • Open fires not allowed (except in designated fire pit) and no fireworks

  • Generators or space heaters not allowed

  • No carb tuning or burnouts

  • Cancellations may be made by email only. Must be at least 24 hours ahead of check-in day for refund.

Geico Camping – Daytona Beach

Address: 1801 W International Speedway Blvd, Daytona Beach, FL 32114 (The Daytona International Speedway)

Camping Types: RV and Tent

Camping Details:

These camping areas are only open during select events at the Daytona International Speedway, including Bike Week.

Several areas are available, including infield spots (Gecko Shores at Lake Lloyd Premium, Geico Grounds Red RV, and Geico Campgrounds) and areas just outside of the track (Geico Park West Premium and Geico Park West). RV spots are available with or without hookups. All camping areas have free wifi. Weapons, fireworks, illegal substances, drones, skateboards, roller skates, scooters, hoverboards, some motorized items, and non-permitted golf carts are not allowed inside the infield camping areas.

  • Excessive and unnecessary driving is not permitted

  • Motorcycles are only allowed during Bike Week

  • Well-behaved leashed pets are allowed

  • All persons entering speedway property are subject to reasonable search

Camping Types: Tent, Trailer, and RV (parking only, no hookups)

Camping Details:

This campground is only open for Bike Week and Biketoberfest.

The Whiskeystill Campground has no hookups but welcomes any vehicle or camp setup that will fit on a site. Amenities include shady oak trees, clean bathroom and hot shower facilities, bars, live music, and a bonfire. On the last Friday of Bike Week and the last Saturday of Biketoberfest, they host a Customer Appreciation Night with a live band, $2 draft beers, and a free barbecue dinner.

Camping Details:

This campground is only open during Bike Week, Biketoberfest, and select race weeks.

Amenities include clean, hot showers ($3 each), port-a-lets, water throughout the park, and 24-hour security. Campground is within walking distance of the Daytona International Speedway and many shopping and dining spots.
